#129a Mint NH XF Imperf Top and Bottom as Issued, One sheet was found in the New Orleans Post Office. The Post Master instructed postal clerk to cut them apart with scissors. Only 30 exist today with most having faults and no gum. With 2021 PSE Cert #01404868, and 1986 PF Cert #0163996 stating Imperf horizontally with clipped perfs as normal.
